What’s inside Get Hired!?
All of the content you need is online, and available to you as soon as you sign up. My videos and workbooks will guide you through the modules.
Complete each module in order, and learn at your own pace.
Once a week for four months, we’ll have live group sessions for up to 90 minutes on Zoom, which will include coaching, training, accountability and lots of time for Q&A.
Wherever you are in the course, you can bring your questions to the group sessions. You’ll learn from and share with others in the group, who might be at different stages.
When you’ve completed the 16 weeks within the group, you will continue to have access to the online content, and can stay in the WhatsApp group for as long as you like.

And you can stop ‘spraying and praying’, and get really specific in your job search. I will show you how to get feedback from your professional network about your skills and strengths, to prepare you for the next module.
You’ll dig into your skills and strengths. Combining what you know about your skills, what other people have said about you, and your values, I will help you develop your USP. What makes you unique as a candidate? This will form the backbone of your elevator pitch, the opening statement on your CV, and your LinkedIn profile.
You will start working on an Evidence Framework to help you tell your story to potential employers.
A masterclass in writing a CV that stands out, satisfies any automation tools hiring managers use, and ultimately gets you the interview.
I’ll show you how to create an all-star LinkedIn profile page that attracts your ideal employer.
Now that you have created a compelling shop window (your CV and LinkedIn profile page), it’s time to boost your visibility, connect with potential hiring managers and demonstrate your expertise (in a non-braggy way).
You will learn how to work with recruiters, hiring managers and talent acquisition teams. We will look at the hidden job market and how to network to influence the hiring process in your favour.
You will learn how to use your Evidence Framework and the CARL method of answering competency based interview questions. I’ll provide you with all the questions you could ever want to ask the interviewer, to help you understand if this is the right employer for you.
Looking for a new job is hard. I will share my techniques for keeping a positive mindset and staying motivated when the going gets tough.

There is no magic pill. If you follow the guidance provided and make the most of our coaching sessions, you will have all the tools and techniques you need to conquer the job market. But I can’t do the work for you, you’re the one doing the work.
This programme is for communications and marketing professionals who are looking for their next role. One-to-one coaching will be more appropriate if you’re looking for a career change.
Coaching calls will be weekly for 16 weeks. If you can’t make it to the live sessions, they will be recorded. You will have lifetime access to the course materials.
As soon as you sign up, you will have access to all the content to go through in your own time and at your own pace. You will get the most out of the programme if you can go through the modules in between our weekly coaching calls. But your lifetime access means you can watch the videos and complete the workbooks when it suits you.
Maintaining confidentiality is crucial for the success of the group coaching experience. Everyone in the group will sign up to our coaching agreement and a code of conduct, which states that we respect each other’s privacy and treat all information with the utmost confidentiality.
